Moscow, Mar. 19 (ANI): At least 61 people were killed this morning when a passenger jet crashed in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
Air-traffic control and local emergency services confirmed that the Boeing 737-800 jet crashed near the runway during a second approach due to poor visibility killing all 61, including six crew members, on board, reports New York Times.
Flydubai flight FZ981, which was flying from Dubai to southern Russia, crashed while landing.
Most of the passengers on board were Russian.
CCTV camera footage posted on YouTube claimed to have captured the moment of the explosion. However, its authenticity could not be immediately verified. (ANI)
