74-year-old Brampton man held on sex assault charges

PEEL POLICEInvestigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Peel Regional Police have arrested a Brampton resident in relation to a sexual assault investigation. The female victim of the incident was assaulted while attending the Brampton Civic Hospital.

Sukhdev LALL, a 74 year-old Brampton resident who also attended Brampton Civic Hospital, was arrested on October 13th, 2016, and charged with four counts of Sexual Assault and one count of Uttering Threats. LALL will appear at the A. Grenville & William Davis Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on November 17th, 2016 in answer to the charges. The incidents occurred over a period of time from September – October, 2016.

Investigators are concerned that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward, and ask any potential victims or witnesses to contact police.
