Tiger Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer A Flying Jatt failed to take off after a week.
The box office numbers seem to be dipping on a daily basis. As per records, A Flying Jatt’s collection was highest on Sunday when it reached as much as Rs 9 crore but eventually by Wednesday the film merely made Rs 1.65 crore.
The film has so far collected Rs. 35. 60 crore in India in seven days.
A trade analyst tweeted on Thursday,” #AFlyingJatt Thu 7.10 cr, Fri 6 cr, Sat 7.35 cr, Sun 9 cr, Mon 2.50 cr, Tue 2 cr, Wed 1.65 cr. Total: ₹ 35.60 cr. India biz.” The film is likely to earn between Rs 1-1.5 crore on Thursday.
This film too had an early release on Thursday as the country celebrated Janmashtami. However, the film did a better business on day 2 of its release, but even then it failed to reach Rs 10 crore.
The competition with movies like Rustom, and other Hollywood and regional releases too seem to affect the earnings. In addition to that mixed reviews have made things difficult. – CINEWS
