Actress Jacqueline Fernandez who plays the love interest of a superhero in her upcoming film, A Flying Jatt, is now keen on a role of a superwoman in a movie.
A Flying Jatt has been directed by Remo D’Souza and stars Tiger Shroff in the lead role of a man with supernatural powers. When asked if she would play a superwoman in future, Jacqueline said, “Hopefully, yes. I’ve already spoken to Remo about it. Now let’s hope and see, if Remo agrees then we will go ahead.”
The makers of the upcoming superhero film released a 13-second teaser of the song Beat Pe Booty on YouTube which has Jacqueline and Tiger grooving to the beats of the seductive number.
A Flying Jatt will be Jacqueline’s third movie this year after Dishoo and Housefull 3. The 30-year-old Sri Lankan actress says she is happy with the response that the movie, scheduled to release on August 25, has generated so far.
The Kick star says the choreographer-turned-director has a great team and is a phenomenal filmmaker. “I am a huge fan of Remo. So, being directed by him now has been really fun. He is a phenomenal director, with a team where all are dancers. It is daunting when you have to do a song with them but they are extremely supportive and helpful.”
A Flying Jatt is touted to be India’s youngest superhero and indeed so, because Tiger is just 26 years old right now. Both Hrithik Roshan and Abhishek Bachchan were in their 30s when they played Krrish and Drona, respectively. Even Shah Rukh Khan was in his late 40s when he starred in Ra.One. – CINEWS
