Akhil Akkineni, a brand icon in the making

Chennai, Sep 20 (IANS) With three major brand endorsements already in his kitty even before the release of his debut film, actor Akhil Akkineni has sure attracted lot of eyeballs from brands.

Akhil, son of actor Nagarjuna, currently endorses Karbonn mobiles, Mountain Dew and Titan.

“He is such a good fit for a brand because he carries an air of sophistication and suavity which neatly complements the brand he endorses,” <strong class=’StrictlyAutoTagBold’>Sandeep Malhotra of a popular ad agency told IANS.

He added that Akhil has been attracting lot of attention for his stylish young appeal and has developed a strong acumen before endorsing a brand.

“When Salman Khan released the trailer of Akhil’s debut film ‘Akhil’, it caught the attention of lot of brands,” Malhotra said.

According to Karbonn Mobiles chairman Sudhir Hasija, “Akhil is a perfect fit for our brand and what it stands for. He has a personality that combines newness, elegance and legacy”.

Akhil’s eponymously titled debut film “Akhil” is slated for release October 21 worldwide.
