Bollywood’s King Khan, SRK as of late gave Rs. 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Flood Relief Fund and now Akshay Kumar has contributed also.
The on-screen character made his commitment by extending some assistance to the downpour assaulted individuals of Chennai city by giving Rs. 1 crore for alleviation work.
Akshay Kumar saw the stunning visuals of downpour influenced Chennai and needed to help the general population in need. Allegedly, the on-screen character called movie producer Priyadarshan asking how he can make his commitment and give the cash. Chief Priyadarshan requested that the performing artist contact Suhasini Mani Ratnam.
Suhasini recommended the on-screen character to give the cash to Bhoomika Trust. Movie producer Jayendra, who is the overseeing trustee of Bhoomika Trust, got Rs. 1 crore check from Akshay Kumar.
