Mumbai, March 30 (CINEWS): On-screen character Ali Fazal began his profession as a theater artiste. Truth be told, he stowed his first film, 3 Idiots (2009), when movie producer Rajkumar Hirani seen him in a play.

Be that as it may, he hasn’t possessed the capacity to tackle any plays in the recent years on account of his film ventures. Notwithstanding, Ali is set to come back to the stage now with a play called White Rabbit Red Rabbit. It has been composed by Iranian writer Nassim Soleimanpour.

“I haven’t done theater in the longest time, and this one came to me all of a sudden. Vivek Madan (the chief of the celebration at which the play will be arranged) let me know that a great deal of performers were shying far from its idea, however it sounded fascinating to me,” he says.

Interestingly, the play doesn’t require an executive, practices or a set. The performing artists get the script interestingly when the show is going to begin.

“It’s a popular play by Soleimanpour. He composed it and sent it out to different dramatists on the planet, since he was taboo to travel. He was banned from getting an identification to go out of Iran, since he declined to agree to the obligatory military administration authorized by his nation. In this way, he formulated a play that could venture to the far corners of the planet without him. It’s his method for being a piece of the execution, without really being there. He has composed each direction on the script. The day I get in front of an audience, I will be given the script,” says Ali, including that performing stage gives him “a high”.

“I ensure that I do a play at regular intervals. Theater is similar to a performer’s nectar. I come back to the stage over and over to check whether I merit anything,” says the performer.
