Mumbai, December 6 (CINEWS): A couple of months back, movie producer Karan Johar declared that he will be collaborating with executive Gauri Shinde – of English Vinglish (2012) fame – for his next creation.
Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan had been cast for the task, and the film was slated to go on the floors this month. However, now we have come to realize that the shoot has been pushed to January, because of production issues. Then again, gossipy tidbits about imaginative contrasts between the producers were additionally doing the rounds.
A source from the film’s unit says, “The work was on going all out; workshops had started, and the garments were being planned, and so on. Amidst this, one fine day, the creation group was all of a sudden requested that take things moderate. Thus, gossipy tidbits about imaginative contrasts between the creators began getting coursed.” However, the insider eliminates any confusion air, saying that the group was solicited to back off on the grounds that from the inaccessibility of the performers’ dates.
“Alia and SRK were not free on the days that the areas were accessible, so there was some minor rescheduling included. Presently, these dates have all been sorted out. The main change is that the film will begin coming in January, rather than December now,” says the source.
The shoot will begin in Mumbai and Goa, and will go ahead till March one year from now.
