Amitabh Bachchan registers 49 years in Hindi Cinema

Amitabh Bachchan who well known for his acting in film Industry and called by the name ‘Big B’.

He first gained popularity in the early 1970s for films such as Zanjeer, Deewaar, and Sholay, and was dubbed India’s “angry young man” for his on-screen roles in Bollywood.

Amitabh Bachchan has shared a recital of a poem, written by him, to mark his 49 glorious years in the Hindi film industry.

He shared the link of his Facebook post on his Twitter handle, along with a throwback photo with his wife, Jaya Bachchan, and wrote, ” My poem I wrote for my Blog.. now have recited it ..”

Amitabh Bachchan, who joined the film industry on February 15, 1969 when he signed his debut movie, ‘Saat Hindustani’.

Sharing his thought on the same, he tweeted, “T 2615 – 49 years ago I came to the city of dreams and signed my first film .. “Saat Hindustani’ on Feb 15, 1969..”.

He called his various nicknames like One Man Industry, Superstar of the Millenium, The Last Emperor,
Mahanayak.

Amitabh Bachchan is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history of Indian cinema as well as world cinema.

In addition to acting, Bachchan has worked as a playback singer, film producer and television presenter.

He has hosted several seasons of the game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati, India’s version of the game show franchise, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?.

He also had a stint in politics in the 1980s.
