Amy Schumer denies joke stealing allegations

Washington D.C., Jan. 21 (ANI): Amy Schumer is slamming off the allegations that she has stolen jokes from three different comedians.

The 34-year-old comedian took to her Twitter handle and wrote, “On my life, I have never and would never steal a joke,” reports E! Online.

Previously, Comedians Wendy Liebman, Tammy Pescatelli and Kathleen Madigan took part in a Twitter conversation that was later deleted and claimed that the Golden Globe nominee has taken jokes from their acts.

During a recent interview with Jim Norton, Schumer further vented about the latest claims made against her.

The ‘Trainwreck’ star said, “I think it’s the human condition, I think we really do like to build people up and we root for them and when they are succeeding. I don’t think it is personal.”

Schumer exclaimed that she would never steal jokes, adding that it would be so stupid for her to do so and is even ready to take a polygraph test to prove this. (ANI)
