In a two-week span, a second pizza delivery man has been robbed and relieved of his valuables in Brampton at knife point. Peel Regional Police are looking for the two suspects who remain at large.

The latest incident occurred just before 7 p.m. outside an apartment complex at Charolais Boulevard and McMurchy Avenue South. Police say two men in dark clothing and armed with a knife approached the male delivery driver after he delivered a pizza and took cash and a cellphone.

The second robbery in such a short time span is naturally worrying pizza delivery men, many of whom happen to be new immigrants and students trying to earn some much needed cash.

With darkness descending even earlier with each passing week and the busy Holiday season approaching, there is apprehension. The suspects still remain at large and pizza delivery guys are soft and easy targets who operate alone and have to often make deliveries in deserted neighborhoods at odd hours. – CINEWS
