A new children’s picture book titled  Aquila The Eagle: Welcome Aquila by author Yaa Asabea Boafo and illustrator Dennis Owusu-Ansah has been published by International Publications Media of New York.

About Yaa Asabea Boafo
Yaa Asabea Boafo is a writer, wife and a mother of two children; and is a resident of the Bronx, NY and a Ghanaian native. A student of York University in Canada, Mrs. Boafo recently transferred to Caribbean Medical University to complete her studies as a future pediatrician.  Mrs. Boafo’s love for writing started at an early age when her parents instilled in her and her siblings a passion for reading through frequent visits to her local library.
