As per reports Mahim officially enlisted his story with the Indian Film and Television Producers Council and the Association of Motion Pictures and TV Program Producers. Be that as it may, after an agreement with Yashi Multi Media (claimed by Suresh and Vivek Oberoi) finished, Joshi approached Viacom 18 with the story, whose Parveez Shaikh had co-credits in the screenplay of BB.

The court saw the definite examination of the motion picture’s scenes and shots taken by Mahim, and inferred that there were a few similitudes. Presently, all parties associated with the film, including makers Rockline Venkatesh, Rajessh Bhatt, Salman Khan, a co-maker, essayist K.V. Vijayendra Prasad and executive Kabir Khan have been coordinated to file their replies by October 21.
