New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Sushi’s and Baos may have gradually been introduced in the menu of several restaurants in the national capital, but it seems the contemporary take on oriental is still missing.
However, to take the matter in their own hands Oh Bao!, from the house of Moets in Defence Colony, is all set to give Indo-Japenese and Chinese cuisine a new twist.
The newly-opened Oh Bao! is a pan-Asian restaurant located amidst the bustling marketplace of the elite Defence colony in Delhi and is expected to give a tough competition to already known Fatty Bao.
The spacious casual dining concept is put together by Chef Saurav and Ms Mehreen Bindra. Mehreen comes from a family of restaurateurs and has a fiery passion for food.
The menu is curated by Chef Saurav, who has previously worked as the Head of Sushi Department in Wasabi by Marimoto in Taj Hotel.
A bright cheerful graffiti of the Chinaman invites you in a spacious casual dining restaurant. Comfortable seating, attentive staff and well stocked bar will take care of all your culinary aspirations.
It is a premium quality fine dining with an equal focus on ambience which is vibrant and emits positive energy.
Oh Bao! offers its customers a unique taste of Pan-asian cuisine with specialties like OB Pork Belly, Tofu Aniseed, angry lobster and a must-try Glazed Salmon Bao.
Talking about the lip-smacking food, The Prawn Tempura Bao is a soft yeasty bread which wraps the delicious goodness of Prawn Tempura, the classic with mayonnaise, spring onion and lettuce.
The flavoursome Bao’s dim sums and designer Sushis are something one cannot afford to miss as the new concept comes straight from the kitchens of Honk Kong.
