Brampton man charged with crash claiming 3 lives

Brampton, April 22 (CINEWS): Prithvi Randhawa a 22-year-old Brampton man is facing criminal negligence and dangerous driving charges in the devastating crash in North York that claimed three lives last Sunday.
Three people were killed, another two, including the Brampton man now charged, were injured in the 3:30 a.m. crash near Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West in North York.
An Acura was allegedly speeding south on Jane Street when a part of the car fell off and hit a Mercedes Benz, which was also southbound, according to police. The Acura 3.2 TL continued south before it went out of control, hitting another Acura and then a light pole, fence and several trees. There were five occupants of the Acura. Four were ejected, the fifth was partially ejected, according to Toronto police.
Two men, aged 19 and 23, were killed, along with a 21-year-old woman. The victims have been identified by friends and relatives on social media: Tej Gangoo, 23, Rivera Ramsahai, 19, and Ravina Budhooram, 21. The driver and a 24-year-old man were injured.
