London, June 28 (ANI): England fast bowler Stuart Broad has expressed his desire to see an Australian guiding England to Ashes glory while terming that prospect as ‘beautiful’.
Trevor Bayliss will become the first Australian to coach England and his first assignment will be to guide the Alastair Cook-led team in the Ashes, which starts in Cardiff on 8 July.
Broad said that Bayliss could potentially take the Ashes away from Australia, adding that it would be beautiful to see a picture of an Aussie with the Three Lions on his chest and Ashes in his hands, the BBC reported.
England will seek to avenge 5-0 whitewash incurred against their traditional rivals during the 2013-14 series in Australia. (ANI)
