Washington D.C., Feb. 18 (ANI): Angelina Jolie, who is a proud mother to six kids, recently revealed that she never visualized herself having a family until her life changing visit to Cambodia.
In a recent interview, the 40-year-old actress reflected on a trip she took to Cambodia with the United Nations and recalled the moment when her perspective on motherhood changed, People magazine reports.
The `By the Sea` actress said that before her Cambodia visit, she never wanted to have a baby, never wanted to get pregnant, adding that she never ever thought of herself as a mother.
She revealed that she changed her mind, however, after playing with children at a Cambodian school.
Interestingly, in 2002, she adopted her first son, Maddox, from Cambodia after shooting `Tomb Raider` there in 2000 and had even set up a foundation with his name, which supports healthcare, education and conservation efforts in the rural parts of the country.
