Julia Roberts too had to slash and burn the asking price of her beachfront home for the second time.
The Kauai property is now asking 21.95 million dollars, down from 26 million dollars, according to listing agent Neal Norman of Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers.
However, when it was first put on the market last year, the ticket price was 29.85 million dollars. The 48-year-old actress bought the 8093sq meter property in 2011 for 13.4 million dollars. (ANI)
