Hong Kong, July 25 (ANI): Chinese information technology firm Inspur has announced plans to set two new plants abroad-one in the United States, and the second in the British Virgin Islands.
According to a Xinhua report, Inspur is a major total solution and service provider of cloud computing in China.
The report said that California has been identified as the place in the United States for establishing a research centre.
The firm is headquartered in China’s Jinan Province, and in a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, it said that it will set up manufacturing plants and research and development centers in California for its server businesses to tap the international, and especially the American market.
Each investment will not exceed 10 million U.S. dollars, according to the filing. (ANI with inputs)
