CIBC Mellon again named one of ’50 Most Engaged Workplaces’

CIBC Mellon and its employees have once again earned recognition as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in North America. This annual award recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.  CIBC Mellon was also recognized in Achievers’ three prior rankings of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in Canada and North America.

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Awards panel of judges evaluated each applicant based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values and Corporate Social Responsibility. The panel of judges included various academics and thought leaders on employee engagement, and included representation from organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Technology Conference, and HRO Today.
