New Delhi, July 20 (IANS) Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company Dabur India on Wednesday announced its entry into the fizzy drinks market with the launch of Réal VOLO — a range of fruit juice-based aerated drinks.
According to the company, the new range of fizzy drinks has been launched in two variants — Cranberry-Blueberry and Grape-Blackcurrant.
The company said it plans to extend this range in the coming months with the introduction of newer variants.
“Our Réal VOLO range contains 20-25 per cent fruit juice content making the fun of fizz healthier with the goodness of fruits. Consumers can now have a can of Réal VOLO without the guilt of consuming carbonated drinks,” said Mayank Kumar, head, Fruit Juices and Beverages, Dabur India.
“With the launch of Réal VOLO, we aim to not only extend brand Réal to give our consumers more choices but also make the experience of consuming aerated beverages more enjoyable and nutritious,” he added.
The company said the range — which does not have any added preservatives — is available in 250 ml cans priced at Rs 40 each.
