New Delhi, Oct. 29 (ANI): A Delhi Court today asked the police to submit an action taken report on a complaint seeking FIR against Minister of State for External Affairs General (Retd.) V.K. Singh over his remark on the Ballabhgarh incident.
General (Retd.) Singh’s controversial ‘dog’ remark on the recent incident in Sunpedh, a village in Faridabad, where two Dalits kids were burnt alive allegedly by upper caste Rajputs, had drawn sharp criticism from all quarters.
The Youth Congress had on Sunday staged a protest outside the Bharatiya Janata Party Headquarters here over the former army chief’s remark.
General (Retd.) Singh had while attempting to delink the Centre over the killing of two Dalit kids said the government is blamed even if a stone is pelted at a dog. (ANI)
