Raipur, Jan. 3 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Dharamlal Kaushik has been re-elected as the president of the party’s Chhattisgarh unit.
The decision to extend Kaushik’s tenure as state BJP president was taken after deliberations held during a core group meeting last week.
The core group meeting was also attended by central leaders, including Saudan Singh and Saroj Pandey, along with senior state leaders.
According to reports, several senior state BJP leaders are miffed with the incumbent government in Chhattisgarh for being kept out of the decision making process in the state. (ANI)
