The WWE star turned on-screen character took to Instagram to impart the uplifting news to his armies of devotees, saying, “It’s official: Individuals’ Champ is getting back home to do 3 things with the general population: set an untouched participation record, zap Dallas more than ever and make record-breaking #Wrestlemania history. What’s more, we have a great time. Alright, that is four things yet you recognize what the heck The Rock’s sayin’… ”
He proceeded with, “Thank you #WWEUniverse! It’s generally an honor getting back home and I couldn’t possibly pass up on it.”
The Rock went to a year ago’s huge show close by Ronda Rousey at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clause Clara, Calif., where the two got the group built up for WWE stars Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
Wrestlemania 32 is set to happen in Dallas at the AT&T Stadium on Sunday, April 3, 2016.
Johnson opened up about his WWE past to E! News quite a while back and clarified why he’ll always remember his roots.
“I acknowledge where I originated from and I welcome the wrestling business,” he shared at the time. “Considerably all the more so I welcome the fans, and they’ve been there for me. Also, I absolutely never need to leave that completely.”
It would appear that he’s keeping his end of the deal.
