New Delhi, June 14 (IANS) Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, known for authentic and traditional Naga cuisines, will organise Indonesian Food Festival on Sunday here.
The day-long festival will offer buffet menu. It will consist of dishes like Bakwan Jagung (shrimp and corn), Udang Saus Padang (prawn with Padang sauce), Gulai Ayam (Indonesian chicken curry) and Tahu Goreng (fried tofu).
“We are delighted to organise the one-day Indonesian Food festival at Dzukou Tribal Kitchen. We hope that food lovers will enjoy and love the food. Indonesia-born Jessica Piesesha will be preparing all the dishes during the festival,” Karen Yepthomi, Head Chef and Owner of Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, said in a statement.
