The police also recovered a seven page suicide note from the house.

In his suicide note Dass wrote, “his son (Kuldeep) had paid about Rs 30 lakh and Rs five lakh through demand draft to few people to get admission into MBBS in 2014 in Russia.”

“But in 2015 his son got admission on his own merit and after appearing in his first year examination Kuldeep returned to India during his holidays and met the people to whom he gave the money for admission. But they refused to return the amount,” Dass said in his suicide note.

Dass in his letter also alleged that the money was given to Alok Sinha and Nadeem, both residents of Noida. He has also mentioned the names of the few offices located in outer Delhi’s Rohini and Burari area.
