London, Nov.14 (ANI): A friendly fixture between France and Germany was marred by multiple explosions outside the Stade de France, which left soccer fans in a visible state of shock.
After the hosts claimed a 2-0 win over experimental German side, reluctant fans remained inside the stadium as news of the shocking violence outside began to surface on Friday evening.
At least 120 people have reportedly been killed in a string of deadly attacks that has rocked the French capital.
Reflecting on the tragic incident, Germany coach Joachim Low said that they were all shaken and shocked, pointing that the game and the sport lose importance at this moment, the Guardian reported.
Francois Hollande, the French President, was also present at the international friendly but was evacuated safely after which he declared a state of emergency. (ANI)
