Govt. doesn’t broadcast any VIP or VVIP prejudice, says BJP

New Delhi, Sept 16 (ANI): Referring to Robert Vadra’s name being dropped from the ‘No-Frisk’ list, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Sambit Patra on Wednesday said the government doesn’t propagate any kind of VVIP or VIP culture.

“This government is an ordinary person’s government. This government is common man’s government. This government doesn’t like to propagate any kind of VVIP racism or VIP culture. And, that’s the reason why this decision has been taken by the government,” Patra told ANI.

“We all welcome this decision. The sense of entitlement that has gripped a family in this country is absolutely nauseating. Today, this government says why this entitlement? Security is a different issue, but a sense of entitlement is not right, and that’s the reason as to why the government has taken these steps,” he added.

Vadra had earlier taken to Facebook to target the Centre over the VIP ‘No-Frisk’ list.

“Plan to visit every terminal in the Airports in India and add a white tape on my name from the VVIP list and my signature on top !! So look out,” Robert Vadra wrote in his status message. (ANI)
