Hafele, EasyFix to execute after-sale service for sanitary range

New Delhi, Mar 22 (ANI): Pioneering maintenance and repair service company EasyFix has tied-up with Hafele, a German family enterprise to provide after-sale plumbing service for Hafele’s sanitary ware sold across 11 cities.

Since its inception into the business of B2B2C after sale service partnership since 2011, EasyFix has been associated with Snapdeal, Socktail, Mablekart, Quikr amongst 65+ others to create a unique business model for development of unorganized construction market.

Hafele is the leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, with subsidiaries in 150 countries. Before tying knots for 11 cities Hafele conducted a small pilot in three metros for a month and not wants to go big-band by gradually extending services in additional 35 cities followed by Electrical and Carpentry division.

The liaison facilitates assisting Hafele’s customers with repair and maintenance based support for the brand’s sanitary ware range that includes wash-basin, urinal, western commode etc.

Earlier due to poor plumbing fittings customers would face leakage and seepage issues and to extend it’s customer service excellence initiatives Hafele has decided to provide free installation demonstration services to it’s customers.

The program is planned to kick-start from April first 2016, post which a Hafele trained and EasyFix certified technician will ensure that the customer’s get hassle-free after sale service.

The contract currently stands for a year and in this time partners are also looking at integrating their technology platforms. The partnership is initiated keeping mutual growth and long-term plans in mind to create win-win for brand, customer and EasyFixer.

Top brands like Gravity Mart, PMR Relocations, Zansaar, City Furnish, Sulekha, Westindo, Pikkol and others have recently partnered with EasyFix for getting services related to construction.

EasyFix is providing handy solutions where brands plug and play as a source to create additional demand for EasyFixers.
