Harshvardhan Rane claims appearing on screen is big thing

New Delhi, Jan. 30 (ANI): Telugu film actor Harshvardhan Rane, who will soon make his Bollywood debut with the upcoming flick ‘Sanam Teri Kasam,’ recently revealed that just appearing on screen is a very big thing for him.

The 32-year-old actor said in a recent interview, “When I was 16, I used to live in Gwalior, I ran from my house and came to Delhi where I worked in STD booths for 10-20 rupees per day, then I distributed DVDs, so for me coming on screen is a very big thing. In Gwalior when we used to see someone on the big screen it used to be a very big thing.”

Harshvardhan added that when he was offered his first flick in South, he was told that it has 4 lead heros and was asked if he would do it or not to which he replied why wouldn’t he adding that he would even do a passing shot.

The actor, who will be seen in a rusty macho look in the flick, also revealed that when he came for this flick, the casting was already done and it already had a hero, but he was adamant and convinced directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru to take him.

‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ also stars debutant Mawra Hocane in lead role and will hit the theatres on February 5. (ANI)
