Johannesburg, Feb.23 (ANI): Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has backed his side to win the Champions League title despite their recent injury woes and poor form.

The 28-year-old called on City to believe that they could win the title, insisting that they had to put their best foot forward in the competition, Sport24 reported.

Describing Champions League as `amazing`, Hart said that although they were lucky to have involved in lot of leagues, he said that the former tournament was something his side had always look forward as a team.

Hart admitted that his side had been fighting most of the time in Champions League matches, adding that it was a right time for City to fight for the title.

Earlier, manager Manuel Pellegrini decided to field a weakened team against Chelsea in the Premier League, that eventually led to their biggest ever defeat 5-1 at Stamford Bridge.
