Melbourne, Dec 29(ANI): With the ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ worldwide release, the American epic space opera franchise now has seven parts and creator George Lucas has revealed the best way to watch the lengthy series.
For quite sometime, it has become a debatable topic as to whether one should watch the movies in the order they were made or in their serial order, from episode one through to six, reported News.com.au.
The 71- year-old filmmaker said that the right way to do it is to start with one, “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. that’s the way they’re supposed to be done, adding that just because it took a long time to film it doesn’t mean one shouldn’t do it in order.
Backing Lucas, ‘The Force Awakens’ star Daisy Ridley said that watching the movie in series would help a young person to understand the chronology.
However, for actor Mark Ruffalo, who called himself a “throwback,” watching them in the order they were made is the right way.
The movie has become the fastest ever to reach 1 billion USD in sales, reaching the mark in just 12 days as per the latest reports.(ANI)
