New Delhi, Dec. 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe sign a broad spectrum of agreements, some of which are as follow:

1. Transfer of Defence Equipment and technology Cooperation

2. Security measures for the protection of classified military information

3. Amendment protocol of Double taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA)

4. MoC between Ministry of Railways and MLTI on Tech Cooperation in Rail Sector

5. MoU on tech cooperation between Research, Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) and Japan Railway technical research institute

6. Cooperation between Department of Science and Technology of India and Japan’s Science and Technology Agency

7. Young researchers’ exchange programme between the Department of Science and Technology of India and the Japan’s Society for Promotion for Science.

8. MoC between Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan on Medical Products Regulation

9. MoC between MHRD, India and Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan

10. Statement of Intent between NITI Aayog and Institute of Energy Economics, Japan

11. MoU on cooperation between state governments of Andhra Pradesh and Toyama Prefecture

12. MoU between State Government, Kerala and Lake Nakaumi, Lake Shinji and Mount Daisen area Mayors Associations

13. MoU between IIM, Ahmedabad, and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS)

14. MoC between Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, India, and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Japan. (ANI)
