IPL: Delhi opt to bowl against Punjab

Mohali, May 7 (IANS) Delhi Daredevils captain Zaheer Khan won the toss and opted to bowl against Kings XI Punjab in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match here on Saturday.

Zaheer, who missed the side’s last match against Rising Pune Supergiants on Thursday, returned to replace left-arm spinner Pawan Negi. South Africans — batsman Jean-Paul Duminy and leg-spinner Imran Tahir — made way for compatriots Quinton de Kock and Chris Morris respectively.

In the Punjab camp. batsman Hashim Amla came in for Manan Vohra, while spinner K.C. Cariappa replaced Swapnil Singh.
