‘It was my dream to be featured on Billboard with my independent music’, says Guru Randhawa

Guru Randhawa is known for the tracks “High Rated Gabru”, “Suit”, “Yaar Mod Do”, “Patola” , “Fashion”, and “Lahore”.

He sang in the Indian Premier League opening ceremony.

His journey from a small village to achieving far-fetched dreams and making it huge on Billboard is an inspiration for the passionate ones.

Randhawa talks about the feeling on achieving big, life’s uncertainty and how he had limited expectations from the song ‘Suit Suit’, which is now a big party rage.

Also, his single, ‘High Rated Gabru’ will be featured in ‘Nawabzaade’ starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor.

He said, “It was my dream to feature on Billboard with my independent music. And today that day is here and it gives me immense happiness. My entire team and fans who loved Lahore are feeling very proud about our entry into Billboard world charts. I’m living the dream right now.”

He continues, “My family has been my biggest inspiration. My parents especially, have literally supported me throughout.”

“Even initially, when things had not materialized, my parents never pressurized me and instead gave me the required time. It has been all because of God and I am very thankful for everything that I have,” He added.
