JD (U) insists on including as many party workers for Bihar polls

Patna, Sept. 19 (ANI): Ahead of releasing its first list of candidates, which is likely to come out by the afternoon, Janata Dal (United) leader K C Tyagi on Saturday said we have tried to incorporate as many party workers as possible.

“The election process and ticket distribution have become a difficult task. It is not possible to include all MLAs. Giving resignation and switching to other parties are common. Hence, we have tried to include as many party workers as possible.”

Polls to the 243-seat Assembly would be held on 12, 16, 28 October, 1 and 5 November. Counting of votes will take place on 8 November. (ANI)
