Actor John Abraham will soon start working on Force 3.
His quick decision may have been sparked by the success of the sequel which was released recently.
John and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Force 2 managed to do decent business at the box office and at the success despite the crunch created by demonetization and the actor has said under normal circumstances his action flick would have done 50% per cent better.
“We will definitely make ‘Force 3’ and Abhinay Deo will direct it. Vipul (Shah) and I will co-produce the film. We will be starting the film in the middle of 2017,” he told reporters.
The film’s star cast that also includes Tahir Raj Bhasin who plays the baddie in Force 2.
The 43-year-old Bollywood hunk who says he has been inspired by Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone arrived at the party riding a bike said: “Whenever I feel happy I love to ride a bike. As the response for the film is good, so I thought to do some bike ride”.
“We are celebrating the success of the film. We have worked so hard on this film and it makes me happy that the results have been fantastic,” John said adding that his latest release is doing well but demonetisation did have a slight impact on the collections.
“Demonetisation did affect Force 2 marginally. But the fact is after ‘Madras Cafe’ I have not seen so many positive reviews from the audience. ‘Force 2’ showed everybody in the entertainment industry that if your content is good, people will come and watch,” John told.
He hopes the film can have a good run till Aamir Khan’s “Dangal” releases on December 23. – CINEWS
