London, Aug. 7 (ANI): Seven people were killed and more than 100 injured as a powerful car bomb went off in the Afghan capital city of Kabul early on Friday morning.
According to the BBC, the blast took place in the Shah Shahid area of the city.
The injured, which included children, were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
According to security personnel, an army compound was probably the main area of target.
So far, there has been no claim of responsibility for the explosion although the Taliban is suspected to be behind the attack that rocked the Afghan capital. (ANI)
