Washington D.C., Feb. 18 (ANI): It seems like Kanye West’s recent Saturday Night Live appearance was one of his most explosive appearances ever.
In the clip obtained by the New York Post’s Page 6, the 38-year-old rapper was heard saying, “Look at that s–t, they took my f**kin’ stage off SNL without asking me and now I’m bummed, Now I ain’t gonna do this, we’re breaking the mother f***king Internet, E! Online reports.
In his lengthy rant, the `Mercy` hit-maker also described Swift as a “fake ass” and said that he was “50 percent more influential than any other human being.”
“By 50 percent, dead or alive, by 50 percent for the next thousand years. Stanley Kubrick, ‘Ye,” added West.
An insider revealed that all this backstage rant started because of the few changes, like the stage design and so, that were made before the show time, about which rapper wasn’t aware of.
A source close to the `Gold Digger` hit-maker said that the whole audio was secretly recorded, while he was venting out his frustration in a private moment with his team.
The insider continued that dramatic set changes were made just thirty minutes before going live.
According to an insider, as soon as the show ended, the producers apologized to West, who then embraced executive producer Lorne Michaels. (ANI)
