Karan Singh Grover is known for his excellent physical fitness. He has been trying his hand at aerial yoga, and regularly posts pictures of his workouts on Instagram.

The actor, who also goes to the gym religiously, is now learning MMA (mixed martial arts) and t’ai chi to stay in shape.

“He started learning these techniques in July. He has roped in a personal trainer, who conducts sessions at his house for two hours daily. Karan is not exercising to prepare for his character in a film. He is working out to maintain his lean look,” says a source close to the actor.

Karan confirmed the news, saying, “Focus is the key to learning these forms. They help me attain a higher level of endurance. They also help build my stamina, and keep me balanced.”

Karan Singh Grover an actor and model known for his work in Indian television series such as Dill Mill Gayye and Qubool Hai. He has also starred in the Indian films Alone and Hate Story 3 (both 2015). – CINEWS
