London, Jan. 18 (ANI): For Kate Moss, there can be no better day than her birthday to pay respect to her late friend David Bowie.
The model invited her friends, including Boy George, to her 42nd birthday bash at her Cotswold home and some of Bowie’s biggest hits were played in the party, the Mirror reports.
The birthday bash was an evening dedicated to the late star.
Taking to Twitter, George expressed his feeling saying, “Had a lovely night in the Cotswolds celebrating Kate Moss’s birthday and dancing to classic Bowie. In fact her birthday was a Bowie tribute!.”
An insider revealed that model was devastated to hear about David’s death and wanted her birthday party to be a celebration of his life as well as hers.
Earlier it was reported that Moss sported a T-shirt emblazoned with his image and following the sad news of his death she emailed friends and said she wanted to honor the legendary singer at her birthday bash.
Singer Bowie had passed away last weekend aged 69 following an eighteen-month battle with cancer. (ANI)
