Krackerjack Karnival is back but with `wildlife awareness zone`

New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): Carnival lovers! Krackerjack Karnival, India’s largest event dedicated to kids and families, is back in the capital with loads of fresh offerings and crazy surprises, claiming to be even more dynamic and exciting.

Returning Krackerjackers will see old favorites mixed with new attractions. Krackerjack karnival has taken an initiative to create wildlife awareness amongst people, especially children and to sensitize them towards this arena. International animal welfare organization, Wildlife SOS will organize several informative quizzes and competitions at the venue to educate them about the wildlife around.

Mr. Kartick Satyanarayan, Co-founder & Chairman, Wildlife SOS said, “We are really happy to collaborate with the Krackerjack Karnival and hope to create awareness about wildlife conservation through this unique carnival. Wildlife SOS has been working to make lasting changes to protect and conserve India’s natural heritage, forests and wildlife wealth through many projects with leopards, sloth bears, black bears and elephants.”

The family fiesta will be introducing, for the first time in India, “A walk with the dinosaurs” to enthrall visitors of all ages. Other exciting activities at the festival include, “Meet and Greet” with some of the most popular cartoon characters on the TV today like Chhota Bheem and gang ready to embark on their Himalaya adventure, Gizmo from Superbook, Nickelodeon characters: Dora the explorer, Shiva, Motu Patlu and Doggy Don.

The 6th Krackerjack carnival, which is being held at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium on the 19th and 20th of December, includes some of the best names from the children’s entertainment industry as-well-as quality workshops on a variety of topics ranging from space to arts to music and much more.

With record breaking attendance of 30,000 plus families and children in its last edition, Krackerjack Karnival, is set to go PAN India in 2016.

After New Delhi, the next edition of the festival is scheduled for 6th and 7th February, 2016 in Bengaluru. (ANI)
