Melbourne, Feb. 17(ANI): Though Lady Gaga’s emotional tribute to David Bowie at the Grammys on February 15 reduced some guests to tears, it did not seem to have impressed the late star’s son Duncan Jones.
The riled up 44-year-old director branded the 29-year-old pop star to be ‘mentally confused,’ reports News.com.au.
In a subtle Twitter jibe, the Bafta winning director cleared his thought on Gaga’s nine minute, eight song medley, saying, “overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.’ Damn it! What IS that word!?”
The ‘Paparazzi’ songstress was praised for her performance, which saw her donning elaborated eye make-up, bright orange hair and an embellished white jumpsuit. She was joined on stage by Nile Rodgers, who produced David’s classic 1983 album ‘Let’s Dance’.
Gaga paid another personal tribute to Bowie just ahead of the Grammys when she went under the needle to get a tattoo of the rock legend on her torso. (ANI)
