Johannesburg, March.7 (ANI): Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has admitted that his side are running for ‘something special’ as the surprise leaders climbed five points clear at the top of the Premier League after sweeping aside Watford 1-0 at Vicarage Road.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are currently standing second ahead of Arsenal, who are eight points adrift of Leicester.
Insisting that his side were not looking at the other teams, Ranieri stressed that they were just focusing to play each match like a final, Sport24 reported.
The 64-year-old also called on his side to put in their best in order to clinch the trophy.
The manager said that club will have to move step by step keeping their energy level intact in the remaining nine matches.
Leicester, which have won 17 out of 29 games, will now lock horns against Newcastle on March 15. (ANI)
