London, Sept. 27 (ANI): Robert Lewandowski continued his goal scoring streak as he scored twice to help Bayern Munich beat Mainz 3-0 and extend their lead at the top of the Bundesliga to five points.
The Poland captain became the fastest foreign player to reach 100 Bundesliga goals after breaking the deadlock in the 51st minute before striking again 12 minutes later, the Guardian reported.
Winger Kingsley Coman scored the final goal as Bayern secured their seventh win in a row this season.
Earlier on Tuesday, Lewandowski smashed five goals in under nine minutes, including fastest hat-trick by a player in Bundesliga history, to help Bayern claim a thrilling 5-1 win over arch rivals Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena. (ANI)
