Lindsay Lohan reportedly wants a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in exchange for appearing on a Russian talk show.
Andrei Malakhov, who hosts the Pust Govoryat (Let Them Talk) show, appeared to confirm earlier reports that the US actor “really does have a desire to meet the Russian president”.
He told LifeNews Russian website: “I don’t know what she wants to discuss with him – saving Amur tigers or the problems of people with drug addiction.”
The talk show wants to hear from Lohan about her relationship with Russian-born Egor Tarabasov, 23, to whom she has reportedly been engaged since April. Lohan, 30, accused the business heir of cheating on her last month and has also accused him of violent abuse.
She responded to the talk show’s request with a list of demands, including a meeting with Putin, photos with him, a one-year visa, private jet and a fee of $650,000 (£500,000).
But Malakhov said that the “actual fee was a little lower”, adding: “I also want to earn 80m a year and have dinner with the Queen but dreams and reality are different things.
A Channel One spokesman confirmed Lohan had been invited to appear on the talk show, but said any conditions had not yet been discussed.
