‘Love Per Square Foot’ will never be screened in cinema halls or on television

Anand Tiwari directed ‘Love Per Square Foot’ is the love story, starring Angira Dhar and Vicky Kaushal is the first Indian film to premiere on the streaming service.

According to reports, “The film will never be screened in cinema halls or on television, the Anand Tiwari film is available to over 100 million subscribers in 190 countries simultaneously on day one.”

The film Netflix launched ‘Love Per Square Foot’, on Valentine’s Day, its first original film in Hindi.

There is a lot to gain from releasing a film on a global over the top video streaming platform without a traditional theatrical.

Set against the backdrop of Mumbai, Love Per Square Foot tells the story of two newcomers in the city whose house-hunting adventures are laced with a bit of romance and a lot of humour.
