Rather than  being a brilliant actor  R. Madhavan is the well-known  name of Bollywood , who has never been a part of any controversy. So when Madras Court issues a legal notice to him , it shocks everyone.

Madhavan, who was most recently seen in the boxing flick Saala Khadoos, has been issued a legitimate notification by the Madras High Court, after someone in particular had appealed to against him to the court affirming that Madhavan had infringed on a water channel of the area by his place in the town of Dindigul (Tamil Nadu).

The whole controversy erupted after Madhavan built an electric fence surrounding the entire 5 acres of his land, in which the water channel also fell and consequently destroying it. If that wasn’t enough, the said petitioner had also alleged that Madhavan had even encroached on the government land to plant coconut and guava trees. It was only after hearing these allegations, did the Madras High Court decide to issue a notice to Madhavan. – CINEWS
