Man sought in Toronto sex assault investigation

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that- on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a woman was walking in the Jane Street and Eglinton Avenue West area.

She was approached from behind by a man. The man sexually assaulted the woman, but she fought back and the man fled the area

The sexual assault is believed to have been witnessed by people in the area at the time.

The man is described as dark complexion, 20-30, 5’11” – 6’0”, medium build, round face, with slight facial hair on his chin.
