Karachi, Mar. 25 (ANI): No new to controversy, ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ actress Mawra Hocane has once again ended up as a target of cyber bullying when she decided to hold a Q-and-A session with her fans on Twitter.

When her ‘loving’ fans started asking questions, little did the 23-year-old actress know that there would be haters attacking her on Twitter too, and as a result, soon the hashtag #AskMawra started trending, reports Express Tribune.

The tweets by the haters went on like this:

“Why #AskMawra? We have better things to do!,” tweeted one.

“#AskMawra ask what that why is she so disloyal n vulger…?,” read the second tweet.

“#AskMawra How did you come up with this weird idea of writing Hussain as Hocane? Who inspired you? Please let us all know,” read the third.

“The actress who failed to impress audience in Dramas, could only give a flop debut in films. Major Flop in Ind-Pak !#AskMawra,” tweeted the eight.

“#AskMawra Can you come up with a cooler (read weirder) spelling for my name too?,” tweeted the ninth.

The actress, however, paid no heed to the negative comments and thanked her fans for the love, “#AskMawra trending at number 2 from last one hour!! You guys are the reason why I trend!! Always!! Big Kiss.”

Earlier, Hocane landed up in controversy when she tweeted about Saif Ali Khan starrer movie ‘Phantom.’

One of her the then tweets said, if Phantom “is anti-terrorism, Then yes I’m anti-terrorism, it doesn’t matter which land I belong to. I’m pro-humanity & love & that’s that.”

Her comments instantly generated a storm in Pakistan and hence the actress, later, deleted her tweets.

But by then, veteran Pakistani actor Shaan Shahid, who has made a point of refusing offers from Indian producers and once refused to allow Bollywood tunes to be played on his TV show, launched an online campaign for Mawra to be banned.
